They were awesome and worked very hard. Carpet looks great. The only problem is that I can’t close walk in robe door now. I’ll talk to you next weekend if that’s ok. Carpet went down today and Mum is thrilled. She said the boys who arrived were so polite and lovely. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. She knows that the stairs were a difficult job but they never complained and returned all the furniture for her. They have done a fantastic job and she couldn’t be happier. Jodie, a huge thank you to you and could you also pass on my thanks to Gary for your outstanding service in organising new flooring for my sister. She cannot stop speaking about the fantastic service and advice that she she received from yourself and your Dad. And could not believe the trades that came to her house. They arrived at the door with all their tools in hand on the dot of 8am and then worked efficiently through the day. She said they were polite, considerate and extremely helpful. Also the same should be said for the handyman that Gary organised to adjust the door, he also arrived on the dot of 8am, adjusted the door, cleaned up the mess and then offered to assist with a window that was stuck after all the rain – he even fixed the window for her. We cannot thank you enough as my sister had been told (by some other well known flooring companies) that she would not be able to recover the floor due to the change in levels. She is thrilled with the final look. Thank you so much for looking after my sister and upgrading her floors.
